Right of withdrawal:

The right of withdrawal is your legal right to cancel a purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. This applies as long as the product is in good condition and returned in its original packaging.

How to request a withdrawal

Please send an email to info@safora.eu within 14 days of receiving your order, including your order number. You then have an additional 14 days to return the package to the return address provided by us.

Refund – what and when

We will refund the full purchase price including the original shipping costs (if applicable) within 14 days after your withdrawal. Refunds are processed via Shopify Payments and will usually appear in your bank account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Return shipping costs are at your own expense.
