Orders are processed within 24 hours (business days). Standard delivery times within the EU are 5-7 business days, depending on the destination.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking code to follow your shipment.

For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties or import taxes may apply. These are the responsibility of the buyer unless stated otherwise. We always declare shipments correctly to help avoid unnecessary delays.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours at info@breathready.com with photos and a short description. We’ll arrange a free replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us within 1 hour at info@breathready.com. Changes made after dispatch may incur extra charges.
